What is your CH limit?

Mine is 90 grams. I'm 5'6 and I started at 222 lbs 50 days ago. I've lost almost 26 lbs so far.

I believe it means carbs.
My carb intake goal is around 250g a day; 5'7, 158lbs, SW 188lbs. I've never really gone below ~180g of carbs.0 -

For the past 1.5 weeks that I have been back on the plan to lose weight, I've been under 200 some days and under 100 on a few. I am still finding that correct balance and adjusting as I learn what works for me. Some days I am feeling i want more carbs, but I end up with smaller portions and other days I want to eat big so I have been eating less carbs on those days for a bigger meal:)0

I know I'm still not logging totally correct yet. Still learning my way around the database options, but I do have a scale now. Getting the correct calories in at this point is my main goal and as I progress and learn I will focus more on everything else.

I usually eat under my goal. Unintentionally. I only worry about getting enough protein, so carbs and fat ect just end up wherever it is they end up.
Sometimes when I want a treat and don't have room for it, I will leave the potato/rice/bread/insert other carb here out of my meals to make room. They are exposable to me.0 -

If it is carbs I average 200-300g a day across the last week (lowest 165g, highest 335g)
I don't normally pay it any attention, I just try to get 100g protein minimum daily and everything else is come what may0 -

I aim for less than 150, but that's because I'm more focussed on getting enough fat and protein and just fill in the rest with carbs where they fit.0 -

Mine too.
My target of carbs is 158 with a doctor ordered maximum of 180 (T2 diabetic) no matter how many extra exercise calories I have. I typically get 35 or so grams of fiber so my net can vary from 125-145.
I don't track sugar, only total carbs and fiber so I don't know what my C&H level is. Also, I usually buy store brand sugar which is beet sugar or a combination of beet and cane so my C&H level is likely 0.

If it's carbs 160-200 sugars 120-160 (it all depends on my glucose levels that day, the lower they are the higher my sugar and carb goals).0

I don't really eat much bread, but pasta, rice, chocolate, candy, fruit, vegetables, peanut butter, cereal, dairy, yep. Carbs don't make you gain weight or prevent weight loss.0 -
I'm actually basing it off of when someone once asked about CH or CHO and people were like "dafuq?" and they/someone clarified it was carbs. either way caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarbs0 -
