If it's carbs 160-200 sugars 120-160 (it all depends on my glucose levels that day, the lower they are the higher my sugar and carb goals).0

I don't really eat much bread, but pasta, rice, chocolate, candy, fruit, vegetables, peanut butter, cereal, dairy, yep. Carbs don't make you gain weight or prevent weight loss.0 -
I'm actually basing it off of when someone once asked about CH or CHO and people were like "dafuq?" and they/someone clarified it was carbs. either way caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarbs0 -

I'm about 160-180g.

I eat about 250-300g of carbs a day (about 50%) of my calories. I lost 60 pounds 3 years ago, and have been maintaining at my goal weight ever since. Honestly, I feel like crap when most of my calories come from anything other than carbs.0
