Who else wants a big butt?

Well basically, I love big butts and I cannot lie ;)

Anddd uhh...

I want a big butt. It can be muscle or fat, I'll be very pleased with either and while obviously since I don't have one with fat, I'll be going for a muscle butt!

So my question to the public was ... "who else wants a big butt?"

How I plan on getting it:
Well first, I want to lose 30-40 pounds and then it's go time. Squats, squats and more squats. :D

    I do too! Since losing weight my butt and boobies dissapeared! :frown:
    But ive been squatting and it has helped A LOT!!! :love: :blushing:

    Definitely this. It's much harder to build more once you've lost it than it is to just keep it in the first place while you lose fat.

    Now that I've gotten the upper half taken care of size wise, it's definitely all about the buns of steel now haha...

    No upper body lifting for 2 months means only leg days for me!

    I agree with the others, start squatting now! I still have a good 60 lbs to go before I'm at my goal weight and I try to do weight lifting and squatting pretty frequently. And I like how squats have shaped my butt. I used to be made fun of in high school for having no butt, and now you can see in the pictures on my profile how I finally have one peeking through! It's not that big, but it's getting there!

    I hope mine actually gets bigger one of these days... Since I started lifting heavy (yes squatting too!), I have lost a half an inch :sad:

    Yeah, I run which makes me loose it, so I have to do squats. lunges, and deadlifts regularly :-(

    That's pretty disturbing lol.. But deadlifts are indeed a great lift for your glutes.

    I'll assume you just started lifting. I'd really recommend a full body split 3x a week since you're a beginner! Have a plan and do some research (there's alot of wrong info out there.. Message me if you need some help. so be careful lol). Best of luck anyways!!

    I lost 32 kilo and have no butt :( I do alot of leg exercises, but really need to focus on the glutes.

    No thanks, once my butt starts rolling, that means I am overweight and need to get myself in exercise mode. There nothing worse than looking at someone and seeing all that butt fat going up and down, definitely not something to be proud of. And it it not a butt, it is pure butt fat, not a muscle in sight.

  • I already have a big butt :/ But I have that curvy type of body. I made that face cause, I don't really like it. Well I've gotten to the point to where I don't really care. But you know, it's not a bad thing! It's actually pretty attractive! :) From what ive learned. Well there are several exercises that I know will help tone it and lift it and such. Have you heard of Brazillian butt lift? or have seen the infomercials on TV? check it out. I think this could be for you and from ive seen there have been quite some sucess stories

    If she lean bulks she'll look wonderful!! She can add a couple of lbs and look more curvy and hard (not fluffy lol lol) =)!! You see when girls lift they get a lil curvey with less fat ! Unlike guys who have hormones and are biologically able to put on alot of muscle and look like a BEAST =D !
