What is one food you need to have daily in your diet?

What is one "go to" food item that you incorporate into your diet? I know with me I must have eggs everyday and it doesn't matter it could be breakfast, lunch or dinner.

dark chocolate -- not a lot...just a little. It's not only good for me, it taste good and gives that "fixed" for something sweet.0

It used to be walnuts. I'd have two walnut halves a day, as religious as medicine. Lately it's pumpernickel bread and low-fat cheddar cheese.0

Rice! I can't seem to do without it. Even if it's just a spoon, I have to have some!0

Avocado. When a storm is coming, most people run to the store for milk, bread and eggs. I go for avocado.0

I have at least 3. Berries (with milk and sugar), dark chocolate (2 squares of Lindt
), and greek yogurt (Liberte greek 5% banana caramel)

I suppose I would have to say cheese. American, cheddar, swiss, cottage... I will invariably find some way to have some cheese just about every day.0

I don't think there a food that I eat every day, other than things like seasonings, garlic and olive oil. Most days I have tea, wine, almonds and some type of bean but not every day.0

I like to have an apple with pb2 every day. also I enjoy my bell pepper, onion and mushroom veggie mix with dinner almost daily.0

I usually do an apple a day but most days I have popcorn usually microwave type lower fat percentage. Has a lot of fiber which at my age is something i need a good amount of. I doctor it up sometimes with hot sauce or garlic powder.0
