I don't know if there is something I eat every day. I don't think there is. Hmmmm, let me think about this and come back.

There are foods that I have pretty often but I don't think there is something I have to have every day.

Coffee. If we're being honest, a pot/day is probably not far out of reach...

Oats almost every day - porridge in the winter months and overnight oatmeal in the summer - loads of fibre and helps lower cholesterol.

Probably eggs. Simple, easy, healthy, cheap, decent protein.....cannot get enough
  • I'm true carnivore; I have to have some meat every day.

Every day? Coffee. Greek yogurt is my second most used food, but I don't have it every day. Then eggs.

Lots and lots of vegetables ( any and all kinds)
hand brewed coffee in the AM ( black)
    corn tortillas ( my go-to non-vegetable/fruit carbs )

Without any of those three, which are equally important to me I get grouchy after a day or two.

Peanut butter. I actually had to remove it from my diet at first because it was a trigger food to keep eating (1 english muffin with peanut butter turned into 3 english muffins with peanut butter). Now I put it in to flavor things but that they aren't featured so exclusively for me to feel like I neeeed more. I usually put it in a chocolate protein/banana/peanut butter shake or with my oatmeal + vanilla greek yogurt + pb + cinnamon.

Coffee, oats, a casein mug cake and peanut butter. These get built into my diet first and everything else gets put in around it to make my numbers work. I'm in competition prep right now so I dont have a ton of foods i look forward to but I make sure that some of my favorites fit into my macros.

Greek yogurt. Keeps me full for a long time, curbs my cravings for sweets. Only 100-150 calories.

    EGGS!
I don't really like them, but they sure are good for me and keep me filled up and feeling full longer than any other food: I have one every morning along with either sausage, bacon and some type of carb.
