Seriously - calories. I do eat everything in moderation and have the occasional blowout/treat!
- But, that means, for me at least as I have macros to fulfil now
- Seconds
- Having bread with everything
- Excess booze
- Pastry
- Not weighing food
- Unaccounted for food
- Eating loads because my stomach hasn't registered I've eaten enough
- Having high calorie dense foods in the house like PB and Nutella, chocolate.
I've also given up being in a sexless infuriating long term 'relationship'.
Oh and I've given up believing in starvation mode! That used to fuel many a binge. Stupid FRIKKIN myth!0 -

Cutting out bread (I swapped Warbutons medium thickness white loaf to Nimble's 51cal per slice loaf for when I was desperate for a toast fix!), swapping whole fat milk to 1% milk and swapping cheese (for flavour) to herbs and spices has helped me cut back a lot of calories.0

I took my thumb out of my bum and made an effort. Does that count?
I didn't exclude anything, I guess drinking, but I wouldn't attribute weight loss to no drinking.

Don't think it's been one thing by itself but I did cut out alcohol for a month and that got me off to a good start!0

Pastries were a big one for me. Hard working in a place where there is seemingly a birthday every other day and a very enthusiastic group of community bakers0
