    OP- congrats on loosing the weight so quickly, you deserve a round of applause.

    On the hand, some posters are so insenstive! Have you ever thought about all of those other people that only have one arm?!?! I had a friend whose father's uncle's neighbor's kid lost his arm in a tragic farming incident. It happed on an organic edamame/pomegranate hybrid farm and ruined the whole crop because it was no longer vegan. Imagine YOU were the one with one arm and caused a farm to loose even more money to big agriculture!!! Ugh, some people!!!!!
