    Today I will continue cleaning and getting ready for Easter company. Be extra consciencous about what I eat today just in case I slip tomorrow. Most of all get some rest later so I'm not dragging tomorrow.

    - walk dogs at least 30 minutes - done
    - Log all food & stay within calorie limits - done
    - Drink 100 oz of water - done
    - Journal - not done
    - Do not use stress as an excuse to overeat. Take deep breaths & remember food won't make things better, or help - DONE & I felt this was a major victory!!

    - walk dogs at least 30 minutes, or get on treadmill if too rainy this afternoon
    - Drink 100 oz of water
    - Log food & stay within calories
    - When eating out with family today, remember my goals & make decisions accordingly
    - Journal!!

    3. See if I can fit in some kind of workout today if I feel like it; I've worked out a lot of days in a row and may need a rest day

    JFT I will do as yesterday and stay OP. Yesterday I was successful and today I will be again. I will just do it. I will be committed, persistent, determined, patient, so that by June I will be wearing my favourite dress once again. It will happen. I know it will.

    Happy Easter!

    - Log all food - done... Ate more calories than I would have, but made the choice to enjoy some Easter treats!
    - Allow myself to choose 2 treats without feeling guilty. - done!!
    - Journal! - done
    - Enjoy my family - had a lovely time with my family & spent time with my brother :)

    - Log all food & stay within calorie limits
    - Drink 100 oz of water
    - Finish some work things in preparation of going out of town tomorrow
    - Make food plans to help me be successful while traveling the next 4 days.

    Well, that weekend did not do a terrible lot of damage but definitely did not help towards reaching my goals. Do better.

    Still fighting a cold and some odd/painful muscle cramps, but I think that I am going to be able to get to the gym today. I have a salsa congress this weekend and am in a bit of a panic about how out of shape I am!

    Monday:
    1. 7500 steps
    2. gym workout/light weights
    3. under 100G carbs
