    - workout at least 45 minutes - done
    - Drink 100 oz of water - done
    - Continue to log food - done
    - Get 7-8 hous of sleep tonight - not even close! :(

    Today is a travel day for me. I don't think I'll get traditional exercise in.
    - drink 100oz of water
    - Log all food. Eat lighter today.
    - Walk 15,000 steps

    Just saw this thread on the message boards. It was on page 18 that my birthday occurred ... and here I am, one year later and my birthday this year occurred on page 208. Today, the thread has grown to 214 pages ... which is were I am jumping in.
