    1. Walk the dogs - done! :)
    2. Day 38 of Body Beast: Bulk: Arms - done! :) Wow, it's hard working out in the am.
    3. My eating will be jacked up today because we're having company. I don't care what all the "I eat anything I want within my calories" people say - you really can't fit much into 1,300 calories. Sooo, I will be staying as close to maintenance calories as I can today and hopefully come in with an average daily deficit this week of 250/day. :|Stayed within maintenance calories but had wine. So, my 12 weeks without alcohol lasted 37 days. Didn't even make it half-way.

Today is May 26th. My goal was to be at my goal weight by my 65th birthday, in July. Well, I am not going to make that, as I have been MIA on this site, and not logging my food. Someone so sweet on this site wrote to me, with the encouragement, and boost that I needed to today, to get started again. Giving up is easy, but not what will help me to feel better about myself. Giving up will not make worries, and problems go away.

So JUST FOR TODAY, I will
    1. Not give up. I am worth it to keep trying
    2. log all my food
    3. watch what I eat tonite at a potluck I am going to. I am bringing fresh fruit - so I will fill my plate with that.
    4. remember to drink water tonite
    5. sew chemo hats for a good friends sister
    6. Count my many blessings

Just for today...ok some real goals!

    1 Bike ride
2 Sweep up in workshop ( it's ankle deep in woodchips)
    3 1 hour's paperfiling
4 Online form to fill in
5 Stay on target with calories! Although it's Friday night!
6 Don't let the stubborn plateau I have hit this fortnight sway my good streak
    7 More carpentry

Sounds like a recipe for over-achievement? But I'm going to try.
