I know I just posted in the 5'4 group but I couldn't help but post these here. From well over 185 I stopped weighing myself and lost a lot of weight before I could step on a scale again to 155 now. I'm back on MFP after a few month break (with no gains!) to lose the final 15 or more pounds. I would like to be a size 8 when I am done I am a 10 right now but would like to tone up my core more and make sure no resemblance to a double chin is left. Also stelar job everyone it really motivates me to cross the finish line.
Ok, this has nothing to do with the weight, but you are the most adorable human being I have ever seen. Bravo on the weight loss, though you seem to have always been lovely!

I'm still in the process of losing weight. In the left picture im probably around 260/270 and that was August 2014. It's now March 2015 and I'm down to 240. I still have a lot to go (my goal weight is 140) but I didn't realize how much different I look until today.0 -

31 years old, 5ft 7in, female
SW: 237lbs
CW: 161lbs
GW: 153lbs (maybe less - I'll see when I get there)

Me at what I reckon was my heaviest (no idea exactly how heavy though) circa 2011
Jan 2014, about 2 months before I started my weight loss. This picture actually makes me look smaller than I was but it's the nearest one I have to my start date. At least 237lbs here.
Sep 2014 - 195lbs (in Rome)
Dec 2014 - 174lbs
1st Mar 2015 - 167lbs and in a dress 4 sizes smaller than when I started!

Only 1/3 of the way there, but a little bit of progress!

I'm only 24lbs down and have a ways to go but wanted to show some progress pics. What I find curious is there is a bigger difference between Feb and March with only a 5lb difference than there is between Jan and Feb with an almost 20lb difference! I don't notice it as much in the mirror as I do in my clothes. It's so weird that the jeans that have been super tight and hugged my curves and gave me a workout just zipping them up are now baggy and I can take them off without unbuttoning/unzipping them!
Not sure what my goal weight is yet. Would like to get to 180 and see how I look/feel. So another 50+ at least! Oh and I'm 5'7" for those who like to know! Feel free to friend me on FB if ya like!0 -

I basically started by doing a couch to 5k program & after that I kept with the running only 2-3 times a week slowly building up to a 10k. Then between the runs I bought various Jillian Michaels workouts starting with 30DS then doing RI30 along with all her other ones. I have just completed Insanity aswell & now back to doing Jillian workouts but upping the weights I use but I only run once a week now doing a 10k.
Also I don't do just 1 of her DVDs in 1 session I do 2 in 1 session. E.g RI30 + 6W6P.

Can't remember what I was at exactly in the left pic, but I started off at 367 (heaviest recorded weight, could have been more) and I am now at 238 in the pic on the right. Around 3 1/2 years of work and dedication so far and don't plan on that changing.
Lost mine by figuring out how to eat and workout correctly and living a healthier and happier lifestyle!
