I was at about 195 at my highest - don't know exactly since I stopped weighing myself. I'm at about 152 right now. Trying to break 150 soon!

I have lost 102 pounds in 11 months. I'm 5'-2" and the left side are recent pics at 201 pounds and the right side was at 303 pounds.

TMI - 400+.. Pretty sad when these were my at home pants and wearing 6xl sweats in 100% AZ weather. groans.

When I had my daughter 14 months ago I was 210 lb I'm now 185lb. I'm getting married in August and would like to be 170lb but I'm struggling so glad I looked at this post u have all given me motivation. I think it's great how well you have all done. I have a before pic but not one of me at the moment not sure if thery will look different1

Hi, here's mine, not sure how motivational it will be since I'm not at goal yet and just treading water at this point.
Before is somewhere north of 400 pounds (my scale only went that far), the during is somewhere around 200 pounds
Girl you rock. If not you, I don't know who can be a better motivation! Keep doing a great work

You are my motivation. Do you know why? Because I always have excuses. Only if I go to gym, only if I have more time , only if I have a personal trainer. You are a perfect example that if there is a will, there is a way!
