Hi, here's mine, not sure how motivational it will be since I'm not at goal yet and just treading water at this point.
Before is somewhere north of 400 pounds (my scale only went that far), the during is somewhere around 200 pounds

Why do u act like 103lb lose is nothing, that's 7 stone the weight of a teenager which in my eyes is a bloody brilliant achievement well done0 -

I workout 5-6 times a week doing boot camp & circuit training, as well as doing double workouts 2-3 times a week with 5K runs. I log in MFP religiously everyday and maintain healthy eating habits. But I enjoy a treat meal once a week! Water and green tea are my top beverages. I've wiped out alcohol almost completely.
I'm almost there and I'm not giving up!!! If I can do this, you can too!

Wow! You're my inspiration. You look amazing. I am 5'4" too. My highest weight was 207lbs, I started logging here 3 weeks ago at a SW of 196lbs. I am now down to 188lbs and DREAM of getting under 150lbs.
Thank you! Take it day by day and don't beat up yourself if you slip. You WILL get there!!0 -

Great job everyone. It is just about time to do some progress pics of my own, but I am nowhere near halfway yet. Woke up thinking it was great I am almost 10lbs down, but a little depressing when I realized I still have 40 to go to get to my wedding weight and another 30 at least to get to my goal. Time to get off the computer and hit some YouTube videos.0

Posted in the 5'6" thread but I'll put them here too. I've gone from 202 to 149/150 (depending on the day.) I'll likely aim for another 8-10 pounds later this year.
W W....mega W W!!!!!! You look gorgeous and super healthy--so inspirational. Thanks so much for posting. How long did it take you and what did you do differently to achieve such dramatic results? Wow... (*) (*) (*)

Thank you
It took more or less a year. I started on 1/2/14 and lost it all by early December 2014. I've been at the same weight but still changing shape since then. I lift weights 4 days a week and walk 2-3 days a week. Last spring/summer I ran but I'm a fair weather runner so I haven't been over the winter.
Food-wise, I focus on calories and protein. I don't go for low fat too much. Feel free to look at my diary0 -

Erika, I'm just about 8 days in and was scrounging for some motivation, since I'm having a hard day emotionally. VOILA! Your photos TOTALLY motivated me! I started out at 180 and am yearning for the 160s. Thank you, thank you!0
