It is so inspirational to see REAL people changing their lives!
I lost my weight with no fad diets, no trainers, no gym membership, just MFP, free YOUTUBE workout videos like 30 day shred, and dedication!
Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!
Keep working!!! You will get there!
Wow, you look fan well done, how long did it take you to get there ?

Hi, here's mine, not sure how motivational it will be since I'm not at goal yet and just treading water at this point.
Before is somewhere north of 400 pounds (my scale only went that far), the during is somewhere around 200 pounds
Girl you rock. If not you, I don't know who can be a better motivation! Keep doing a great work

Wow great job.
You are my motivation. Do you know why? Because I always have excuses. Only if I go to gym, only if I have more time , only if I have a personal trainer. You are a perfect example that if there is a will, there is a way!

My health journey started on 1/1/14. I'm 5'4" and my ultimate goal is to weigh between 120-125 lbs. I workout 5-6 times a week doing boot camp & circuit training, as well as doing double workouts 2-3 times a week with 5K runs. I log in MFP religiously everyday and maintain healthy eating habits. But I enjoy a treat meal once a week! Water and green tea are my top beverages. I've wiped out alcohol almost completely.
I'm almost there and I'm not giving up!!! If I can do this, you can too!

Here's mine to add to the thread! 260 in August 2014, and 200 today! Another inspiration is to google things that weigh what you've lost!
