Omg all of you inspired me to keep going. Wow.
Im 177lbs aiming to lose 60 and I am amonly on day one. It seems so impossible to lose 10lbs let alone 60.

My biggest things is still the bit of belly and love handles/back fat - as you can see a bit. I can use a camera to make things look decent, but really....still needs work. Proud of what I've done but more needs to be done. However, figured I would just be a bit of an attention...ya know.

I love looking at these pics. Its a reminder to myself every day why i get up at 6am to workout. Its how ive lost 78lbs so far. Not sure if ive posted on this thread before or not. Aint aure how to load from my phone. But ill try get my before and after later on

Hi, here's mine, not sure how motivational it will be since I'm not at goal yet and just treading water at this point.
Before is somewhere north of 400 pounds (my scale only went that far), the during is somewhere around 200 pounds
