Great job everyone.
These are several years and 108lbs apart. Half that I lost in the last year with MFP.0 -
I just have to say everyone looks so GREAT! Keep up the good work! So here goes: The first picture is from February 23, 2015 at 228lbs and the second pic is from June 28, 2015 at 194lbs. This has been a SLOW process and I have about 60lbs to go. And no, I was not pregnant in the first picture.0

Here is my before pic, from 2013, when I started MFP, at more or less 185 lbs.
And here is my current pic from a month ago, at 165 lbs.
I did it by going consistently to the gym to hit the weights, by running several thousands of kilometers and by eating properly while allowing treats0 -

I went from 342 lbs down to 234, and have been hanging around 237 for the last few weeks. I started losing weight in October '14. My goal weight is 220. Not far to go, but it's taking forever to get there. I at least beat my 1 yr goal of losing 100lbs by September '15 by 5 months. My weight loss slowed to a crawl when I started CrossFit, although I've noticed that clothes do fit better now.

You're looking great, I can see the transformation already, keep it up!It is so inspirational to see REAL people changing their lives!
I lost my weight with no fad diets, no trainers, no gym membership, just MFP, free YOUTUBE workout videos like 30 day shred, and dedication!
Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!
Keep working!!! You will get there!
I also use different YouTube videos for workouts, min 30 minutes, alternating strengh and Cardio, 4-5 times a week, plus mfp deficit diet with everything in moderation...
I was wondering how long did it take you to achieve your results? Also, how do you keep your workout challenging?

I love seeing all of these posts! It proves that It Is Possible! When I first started, it was photos like these that helped keep me going. Now, I am proud to be able to post my own! I can finally say that I am only 20-ish pounds away from my goal, with 133 lost in 2 years. From 301 in December of 2012 to 168 currently, I have lost a person!
