when I started fitness pal.. I was on a keto site which is what i'm doing with the bulletproof Coffee is anyone else doing this.?

I make a hot chocolate with coconut oil and cream in it sometimes, but I'm not a regular BPC person as I already took it black.

I eat HFLC/keto but don't use bulletproof coffee. But find others who do in MFP Groups, The Low Carber Daily Forum and "keto" (both show up on the popular groups list if you scroll a bit)

Yes, I eat HFLC, tried the bulletproof coffee and bought the beans from the site, actually felt less jittery
