Starting LCHF or Keto

Hi guys.
I've had a few rocky weeks lately, and I'm pretty sure I haven't actually logged anything for the past month or two. So I'm going to hop back onto the figurative saddle this month.
So. I'm looking to start either a LCHF or Keto eating style (might progress from LCHF to keto?).
Anyways, I'm looking for tips on starting, perhaps some links to some good sources? Any new friends that are currently or have done LCHF or keto would be welcome to! Send me the friend requests. Double points if you're a college student, or have experience eating as a college student.

Welcome to the LCHF/keto WOE (they are the same to me)! Join us in the Low Carber Daily Forum (there's a great Launch Pad at the top with resources): http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group and/or keto MFP groups: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1143-keto.0

Give your self 60 days eating Keto before you give up the thought is may suggestion based on my experience since Oct 2014. I never plan any other eating lifestyle but it can have a learning curve. The weight does come off slowly but I do not go around hungry any longer because I eat whenever I have the desire to do so as long as it has next to no carbs. Best of luck.0 -

Both of those. Also, you'll find a lot of useful links here, too:
