I just found the Schwann oatmeal and it's so good, it has flaxseed and red quinoa, just add some berries or brown sugar and it's amazing

I put 1 tsp raw honey, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp crunchy Jif peanut butter (yes I know some people think peanut butter is the DEVIL! LOL!) and 1/4 cup milk after cooking instant Quaker oatmeal using water.

I used to make a large batch most nights for my family -- when the girls were young, called it "fancy oatmeal"! 2 cups oats (1/2 c/person), 4 cups milk or equivalent in dry milk powder with water, cinnamon, splenda, 2 chopped apples. Cooked & portioned out, in bowls for the family to heat the next day, mine in a tupperware to bring to work. DH would add raisins or craisins to his b/c he liked them.
Occasionally subbed in fresh strawberries or peaches if we had them.

Now, to get more protein in, I've also done the overnight oats with greek yogurt, or else a tbsp of PB2 (peanut butter powder). Yummy! I don't eat it as much b/c I don't find it as satisfying as a higher protein breakfast, but sometimes have it when I'm having my breafast later in the morning (days I'm not working)
