    Exactly why I didn't include our canine friends. However, I'm not a fan of my dog's insistence to occasionally eat grass, purge and immediately regurgitate. I mean, I'm not a ruminant (and neither is he) so I don't see the point in doing it twice.

    6. You must eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism working
    7. Weight lifting will bulk you up and not make you look thin. Cardio is best.

    1 and 2 are wrong. I lost a lot of weight when i was actually only eating dinner and a snack in the evenings.

    My cats lost their fluff with good old CICO and a food scale, just like their dad :smile: No diet foods or grass cleanses!

    I eat more than 400 calories for dinner and before sleep. I eat carbs at night. I have a low rate of body fat. You must just be a freak.
