Unknown factors in your diet.

    Do we get points if we can guess them beforehand? My guesses are:

    1. Eating sugar will stop you losing weight.
    2. Always eat breakfast as soon as you wake up to kick-start your metabolism.
    3. Juice cleanses are great for removing toxins from your body.
    4. A teaspoon of cinnamon everyday helps shred fat.

    You forgot "starvation mode"

  • 1 and 2 are wrong. I lost a lot of weight when i was actually only eating dinner and a snack in the evenings.

    I eat more than 400 calories for dinner and before sleep. I eat carbs at night. I have a low rate of body fat. You must just be a freak.

    Mine just takes my food from me and licks it so I throw it out >:) She is my diet helper.

    The factors aren't true. Why not just ask for help and advice? If what you're doing isn't working, change what you're doing. Don't go looking for excuses.
