I'm in ! I'm only on week 3, I weigh in for the 3rd time Thursday, I'm down 6.2 lbs thus far... I have a 60lb goal, anyone know when I might actually begin to notice my clothes getting bigger? Lol
Depends on how big you are. It takes about 20lbs to go from a 22-20 but only about 5 to go from a 4-2.0 -

I'm in. Hopefully my back is also in. Have a "permanent injury" to my back nearly 22 years ago. It's flared up 6 days ago. Going to chiro but broke down for reg md. On muscle relaxers and pain pills. Should be feeling better by the 1st.0
