Things that aren't worth the calories........

For me, it's store-bought cookies/baked goods, McDonalds/fast food, soda, energy drinks, corner pieces of cake with all the extra icing that entails, potato chips and Doritos. Most 'diet' snack and dessert foods also aren't worth it because I'd rather have a smaller serving of the real thing. Beer is only worth it if it's a fancy type you can't get just any day.
Then there's the list of things worth it only if I crave it at the time, so usually not worth it but can be absolutely needed on occasion: Bacon, fries, taco bell, fruit juices, pizza, donuts
I think wine can be worth it, and homemade baked goods pretty much always are. Pasta is for me because I love it sooo much, ditto cheese and sushi rolls. GOOD dark chocolate always is, normal/cheap/milk chocolate only sometimes.0 -
Full-calorie sodas...basically any calorie-filled drinks (though I do like the rare milkshake). Also, donuts - every donut I've tried has been tasteless, I wouldn't dislike them I'd just not really like them that much.0

Olive oil... I have nothing against fats but I would rather have half an avocado than cook my veggies in a tbsp of oil. Also pastries, its like eating air lol0

The only thing that's really not worth it that was in my regular dietary choices before is bread with everything. I'm not anti-bread. If it's a French roll with a nice dinner or a slice of garlic bread, then yes fine - but I do not need to have all my food on pieces of bread. Cheeseburgers are better, actually, without the bun.
I don't eat *much* chocolate any more because it represents a later choice of *not* eating something I want. This won't last forever though - everything is fine in moderation.0 -
