I had dinner to early today and so I was hungry again just before bed. I gave in to my "hunger" but it was just a few salty things. Sometimes I have a cup of chicken bouillon when I'm craving something salty. It's loaded with sodium but it does take care of my cravings...

I've been pre-logging my allowable snack for the evening early in the day. It gives me permission to have the snack, keeps me within my calories for the day, and sets up my appetite to enjoy the snack when the time comes.0 -

I was doing fine until I made some Chocolate Chip Cookies for a get-together tomorrow night. I should have made a veggie tray instead! Unfortunately, it started the Sweet-Salt-Sweet-Salt roller coaster. Tomorrow will be better. I'm determined to let April go out with a success.
