There is no magic numbers. It's up to you to figure out with trial and error how many carbs you can have without getting knocked out of ketosis. Most people that's under 40, some can go up to 50.0

No. If you're at maintenance, you keep your numbers as is. If you're losing, you recalculate every 10-15 lbs lost. Use this: http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/
It has nothing to do with being adapted. Your protein should go up and your fat down, slightly, as you lose, along with your calories. Remember, fat is not a goal you're supposed to meet every day - it's an upper limit you shouldn't exceed. Make sure you get all your protein and don't go over the carb limit. Fat is just what you use to fill in so you're satiated.0 -
