I have a problem with peanut butter...I'm not too proud to ask for help.

32 grams of peanut butter is the serving of most pb. And it is actually a lot! If you scoop out a tablespoon and level it off and weigh it, you should find you can add a little more.
As others have said, always weigh your food by the gram or ounces that is usually in () in the label in serving size.

Pb2 is good for smoothies or stirring into things like yogurt.
For eating on its own? Peanut butter is glorious and wonderful. So is almond butter.
