Hey, so, I'm 28 (almost) I've been on here since January, never posted anything until now, been kinda slacking in my food log for the past couple weeks, and looking for motivational friends, preferably in edmonton since I don't know anyone here. I would like to lose about 40 more pounds, lost 25 so far in the past year, which is a little slow, but it's something. I also have a fitbit, but yeah, calling all friends! Add me

There is nothing wrong with your -25/yr. It's 25 less than you started with and 33% towards your goal. I am sure that you can see the difference in your pictures, how clothes fit and most important how you feel. Tighten up on the consistency of your logging and accuracy of it and you will continue to see progress.
As a newbie to MFP I offer up my standard suggestion to read the information at these MFP post. They have links to multiple very good reads. I was using MFP for about 6 months before I started digging around the Forums and wish I would have found this info on Week 1.
The links below will take you to the top of each message board and you can pick which of the Stickied messages you want to read as they are a great source of information

My number one personal recommendation is to Slow Down ( Patience ) and you will get to your goal.
Remember the weight Loss Process is not Linear.0 -
