Please either contribute politely and constructively to a topic, or move on without posting.
p.s. would "everyone with common sense" include people who can figure out how to turn their notifications on and off?
You should also look up the def of common sense because I'm pretty sure knowing an applications interface before you've had any experience with it is not what it means0 -

Lol out of all people on this thread my post struck a nerve with you hahahaha Id rather comment correctly than nicely and completely wrong. Sorry I don't think bread slows weight loss with something of equal calories
You just decided to inject yourself into this forum because you saw an opportunity to create drama and but you didn't really add anything of value to this post ...or any that I've seen you on actually
What she is doing is posting the polite thing because that is the message that comes in warnings. So she's trying to play that card or bait and it should not be allowed just as much as the people being told to be polite or move on.
Her continuous nonsense shouldn't be allowed. Lol She should go on reading authoritynutrition.com on her own without bringing that broscience here and messing up the people that are new to weighloss.0 -
Do you really think a little boy should have been allowed to reach adulthood still thinking that it's acceptable to insult a woman because she says something he didn't want to hear?0 -
Weigh yourself once a day preferably in the morning before you have eaten something!0

Who said he's anywhere near adulthood? Probably hasn't started shaving yet.
Good point... I gave the benefit of the doubt based on MFPs odd "must be 18, but don't use the naughty words" policy.0 -

Holy hell! I was just saying it blows my mind how much weight I gain after I eat.
Note to self:don't weigh myself after I eat
Note to self:everyone on mfp forums is a expert trainer/nutritionist.
Note to self:never post anything in mfp forums again...
Probably a real good idea. You need three things to thrive here:
1. The ability to not take yourself TOO SERIOUSLY
2. A sense of humor
3. Somewhat of a thick skin
Oh, and ...ahhh...never mind.0 -

In 1998 I dumped 165 pounds of useless weight, all I had to do was get him to sign the papers.
