Why? Why not. So go ahead, watchoo got? I wanna see some serious pointless bragging.

If people actually do this maybe I'll chip in by talking about how many hip adduction machines I break.

I've only been lifting two months, but anyway...

    Calc/tested 1rm
    Bench: 113
    Dead: 195
    OHP: 65
    Squat: 132

I think I'm most proud of my bench. Not many girls have the upper body strength to hit 95 their first time out.

i increased my DL by 70 lbs from march to yesterday. march was my noob attempt and couldn't really challenge myself bc my grip and core needed serious work, but still. it's huge. I'm at 90% of my bw now, and could have gone further with chalk.
all this, after 2 moths of lifting consistently. and a deficit.

That is very good my max (after working at it) was 80lbs. I did curls well though, 20lbs 8reps. I haven't lifted in too long. :(

    Nice!

My BP orm is 95. I've been lifting about a month, consistently.

I don't know my orm for anything else. And my numbers aren't that impressive. Sorry, OP.

Just curious but how do you get to 113 on the bench? Not that I don't believe you.
