I can 2 rep 630 good form on a machine squat.. but that doesn't count because.. it's using a machine. (Then the form gets worse and I do 3 bad form squats so ~5)0

I PR'd my deadlift at 475lbs today. I'm pretty stoked about that.
I dream of the day I can deadlift 475. I haven't tested my 1RM for various spinal reasons but I suspect its around 300.0 -
Bench - 405
Squat - 520
Deadlift - 550
I weigh 215 currently.
Holy shiz!!
Hahah
Not satisfied with my squat/deadlift. Really focusing hard to get my lower body stronger.
These are the braggable numbers of somebody who has had a life of sports and fitness. Very impressive.0 -

Thanks a lot brother, I appreciate it.0 -
I lift now as opposed to not lifting.
I lift more then when I started.
I will lift more next week then I do now.
boring I know but still important.
That is all that matters tbh,0 -
Well we all know Sara has the big numbers. I've never seen a woman come close to benching 160lbs. Very uncommon!
I always think of bench (and of course that b!tch of an OHP) as my weak area, relatively. I am nursing a shoulder injury so I doubt that, or any of my 1RMs will be going up any time soon. It's annoying to say the least.0 -
I am going shoe shopping later and my bags will be pretty heavy! does that count? :laugh:0

I haven't tested a 1rm in at least 4 years, probably longer. After not even touching a weight for over 3 years, I started back lifting in Feb. Here's where I am right now, age 50, 6'1, 230lbs:
Squat 325x6, (low box squat)
Bench 237.5x7,
Deadlift 375x8,
Press 135x8
As far as women benching, I used to lift with a woman who could do a competition style paused bench with 225. She deadlifted over 400 too, in the 148 weight class. Pure beast.0 -
I started with the barbell in mid-March and my tested 1RMs as at 19 May were:
67.5kg squat (low bar) - 148.5lb
52.5kg bench - 111.5lb
80kg deadlift - 176lb
40kg OHP - 88lb
At 69kg/151.8lb0 -
Bench - 135KG (297Lbs)
Squat - 200KG (440Lbs)
Deadlift - 220KG (485Lbs)
SOP - 80KG (176Lbs)
At 86.6KG (190lbs)0 -
Squat: 120lbs
Deadlift: 140lbs
Bench: 100lbs
I'm only little..0 -
190kg/105kg/235kg SQ/B/DL (418/231/518) at 82.5kg (181lbs)
Looking to better these on Saturday at PL Nationals.
And yes, my bench sucks. Shoulder injury 2 years ago put me back A LOT!0 -
