I can 2 rep 630 good form on a machine squat.. but that doesn't count because.. it's using a machine. (Then the form gets worse and I do 3 bad form squats so ~5)

I PR'd my deadlift at 475lbs today. I'm pretty stoked about that.

I dream of the day I can deadlift 475. I haven't tested my 1RM for various spinal reasons but I suspect its around 300.

    Bench - 405
    Squat - 520
    Deadlift - 550

    I weigh 215 currently.

    Holy shiz!!

    Hahah =)

Not satisfied with my squat/deadlift. Really focusing hard to get my lower body stronger.

These are the braggable numbers of somebody who has had a life of sports and fitness. Very impressive.

I lift now as opposed to not lifting.

I lift more then when I started.

I will lift more next week then I do now.

boring I know but still important.

That is all that matters tbh,

Well we all know Sara has the big numbers. =) I've never seen a woman come close to benching 160lbs. Very uncommon!

I always think of bench (and of course that b!tch of an OHP) as my weak area, relatively. I am nursing a shoulder injury so I doubt that, or any of my 1RMs will be going up any time soon. It's annoying to say the least.

I haven't tested a 1rm in at least 4 years, probably longer. After not even touching a weight for over 3 years, I started back lifting in Feb. Here's where I am right now, age 50, 6'1, 230lbs:

    Squat 325x6, (low box squat)
    Bench 237.5x7,
    Deadlift 375x8,
    Press 135x8

As far as women benching, I used to lift with a woman who could do a competition style paused bench with 225. She deadlifted over 400 too, in the 148 weight class. Pure beast.

    80kg deadlift - 176lb

Looking to better these on Saturday at PL Nationals.

And yes, my bench sucks. Shoulder injury 2 years ago put me back A LOT!

Bench 95, trying for 110 today
Squat 165, trying for either 185-195 today.

And also today I will be doing OHP and deadlifting for the first time and trying not to die. Yay!
