I lifted my *kitten* off the couch and went to the gym to lift some light weights because I'm weak.

    *Brofist*

I'm hoping to break into the 500's in another month!

My upper body is lagging though. My calc/1rm is around 260ish.

I lift now as opposed to not lifting.

I lift more then when I started.

I will lift more next week then I do now.

boring I know but still important.

Not satisfied with my squat/deadlift. Really focusing hard to get my lower body stronger.

I was in Vegas this weekend and lifted several plates of food over to my table at the buffets. Does that count?

I can 2 rep 630 good form on a machine squat.. but that doesn't count because.. it's using a machine. (Then the form gets worse and I do 3 bad form squats so ~5)

I dream of the day I can deadlift 475. I haven't tested my 1RM for various spinal reasons but I suspect its around 300.

These are the braggable numbers of somebody who has had a life of sports and fitness. Very impressive.

Well we all know Sara has the big numbers. =) I've never seen a woman come close to benching 160lbs. Very uncommon!

I always think of bench (and of course that b!tch of an OHP) as my weak area, relatively. I am nursing a shoulder injury so I doubt that, or any of my 1RMs will be going up any time soon. It's annoying to say the least.
