My upper body is lagging though. My calc/1rm is around 260ish.0 -
I lift now as opposed to not lifting.
I lift more then when I started.
I will lift more next week then I do now.

I was in Vegas this weekend and lifted several plates of food over to my table at the buffets. Does that count?0

I can 2 rep 630 good form on a machine squat.. but that doesn't count because.. it's using a machine. (Then the form gets worse and I do 3 bad form squats so ~5)0

Well we all know Sara has the big numbers.I've never seen a woman come close to benching 160lbs. Very uncommon!
I always think of bench (and of course that b!tch of an OHP) as my weak area, relatively. I am nursing a shoulder injury so I doubt that, or any of my 1RMs will be going up any time soon. It's annoying to say the least.0 -
