I like the Special K with chocolate bits...I have a serious sweet tooth and eating a bit of this instead of a few chocolate chip cookies works really well for me :smokin:

I don't know if you use protein powder but I like having 1/2 cup Fibre One Original Crunchy and 1/2 cup skim milk mixed with a scoop of vanilla whey protein :) I love it.

I also like Quaker Corn Bran Squares.

The best one is one you will enjoy eating that fits into your dietary goals for the rest of your life.

This. I love any of the ones with bran flakes, almonds, and raisins. But I do weigh out my portion size because it's always smaller than you'd think.

Steel cut oatmeal is by far the best. I have it with 10+ Mankuna honey but not at breakfast time. I don't eat breakfast generally.
My Doctor says that oatmeal is by far the best cereal for the body - I believe him.

Big fan of all the Fiber One varieties, but just tried Kashi Go-Lean Crunch for the first time and it reminded me of Sugar Smacks, so that may be making its way to the top of my list.

Try Bob's Red Mill Apple Cinnamon. Takes longer to make (3 minutes to nuke). I had this at the Snowy Owl Inn in Waterville Valley, NH once a long time ago :drinker: and loved it. Searched till I found it. Available in Hannaford or Demoulas Market Basket where I live. It is a wholesome and healthy cereal.
