When I go out to dinner, even if it's not a special occasion, I order what I want, eat half and take the rest home. And if the portions at this place are that big, you could probably take home more than half! But definitely don't deprive or restrict yourself.

First, there is no such thing as crap food.
Second, common sense dictates that waking up every day or it being a Tuesday is not a reason to celebrate, but a justification- which are two entirely different things.
