Thanks all...I AM going to enjoy. I only need to lose 4 to 5 pounds to reach my weight goal (118 pounds, size 2, 5'6", 58 age) and I will be right on the wagon band tomorrow.

You will never reach your goals if you don't stick with the plan 100%.

    LOLno

    Okay, I'm in.

She posted here for a reason. It's because she wanted constructive feedback. I'm giving her that feedback. I'm telling her she can enjoy her bday w/o the sides and dessert as they are useless. [/quote]

So to give the Troll who can't be named the benefit of the doubt I went to the original post and nowhere did OP ask for constructive or in TWCBN's case destructive feedback. I think the purpose of the post was to allow us to celebrate her birthday virtually since we can't all be there with her at the restaurant. It is clear that TWCBN is only on MFP to be a sh#t disturber since he doesn't log any meals or anything else that real members do.

Using food as a means to celebrate is what's causing America to be obese. You can celebrate your "special day" with a million other things than food.

Gee, I'm not obese yet, think I'll go get a brownie!

    Needed ice cream!

OP, Happy Birthday! Enjoy your meal without worries, as it's one day.

Oh my sweet Zues!! Crème Brûlée and Bread Pudding in my face NAO plz!!

I love people who leave no room for reality in their "diet". Mine has included damn near 2 pints of Talenti in the last week and yet I've lost over 2 pounds the very same week. I must be magical!

Perhaps having a birthday and being confident enough to enjoy a birthday treat is part of the plan. Theres more than one route to target.

My dear friends....you will be here (in my heart at least)! Still gonna do the Crème Brulee though. BTW, this picture is today (sry about how bad it is, but it hides my old wrinkles LOL).

Dude, things like crème brûlée and bread pudding are critical to my mental health. That's equally as important!

Eat anything and everything you want on your birthday, because even if you gain anything from it, it'll be gone before long once you go back to a deficit, and your health won't be hurt from it in the slightest. Enjoy!

    Here it is (the entrée)56nxibrjxmz2.jpg

The Cold Platter and the Creme Brulee were only from the Miami Menu :'( So Sunday, I had:

    Snacks
    Lipton Iced Tea - Sweet Tea, 8 fl oz (240mL) 70 17 0 0 0 1

    Dinner
    Beverage - Champagne, 9 fl oz 174 6 0 0 0 10

    Ocean - Stone Crab Claws, 3 claws 60 0 0 15 0 300

    King Crab - Crustaceans, Crab, Alaska King, Cooked, Moist Heat, 4 leg (134g) 520 0 8 104 0 5,744

    Sweet Potato - Large Sweet Potato, 0.5 Medium (2" dia, 5' long) 114g 52 12 0 1 2 21

    Sun Maid - Raisin Bread, 1 slice 100 18 2 3 1 120

    Sauteed Spinach, 1 serving (112g) 35 4 0 4 2 90

    Generic - Drawn Butter (Clarified), 1 oz 248 0 28 0 0 0

    Coffee - Generic Black Coffee, 6 oz 2 0 0 0 0 5

    Broiled - Filet Mignon, 1 ounces 75 0 5 7 0 93

    Totals 1,336 57 43 134 5 6,384
    Your Daily Goal 1,237 155 41 62 22 2,300
    Remaining -99 98 -2 -72 17 -4,084
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sodium

Of course, this is all estimated since I didn't have my scale LOL. I didn't have a dessert because I so wanted my Creme Brulee so I had a beautiful strong, black coffee instead. I was already full as could be and brought home leftover (about 1/2 of the crab King). But, since Sunday morning weigh-in I was at 122.6 and this morning I weighed in at 122. So, I feel like I did pretty good :) Hope you all have had a great couple of days, it's been fun sharing and look forward to yours!
