She hasn't put on muscle and 900 calories is wrong. Your advice is wrong.Muscle weighs a lot more than fat and takes up less volume. So you toned up and lost fat. Toned woman are a lot more attractive than just skinny. I would not worry about weight and work on being toned but you're going to have to bump up the protein intake to do that. If you need numbers, use body measurements and ignore the scale. Nice job by the way.
What a ridiculous post. And don't generalize woman as far as what is more attractive. You are not the person that decides that for everyone.
Exactly! Seriously, not a good thing to say on here. How do you know what others find attractive?0 -
So it's been over two weeks that I upped my calories intake. My weight didn't change at all, my measurements didn;t change either. 134 lbs, waist 69 cm, hips 98 cm.

And this is around now
So... Em... I don't know. Should I keep on with my calories? Is ot possible that I don't lose weight because I'm gaining muscles? How can I figure that out? I want to lose some more fat, as I still have 25% body fat. Are there any girls here doing weight training? If so, I'd love to see your advice on nutrition and/or see the diary0 -
Just stop it. You look fantastic. Seriously. ..posts like this make me so sad. What are we doing as a society when a woman with a body like that says "why am I so fat?" and thinks existing on 900 calories is an acceptable way to treat her body?
I'm not saying I'm fat. I'm alright. I just want to be PERFECT!:) I want to be all muscles, tight and beautiful, strong as a lion. My inspiration are these guys
Your inspiration is a was steroids user?0 -

Upped your calories to what?
No, it's highly doubtful you're not losing weight to muscle gain........as pointed out earlier in the thread......unless you upped your calories so far you're closer to a surplus.0
