Yes, I am doing the same pace but can't do the run forward and back due to the knee. Otherwise the pace is the same. I forgot to change the time when I put down my calories burned. Oh, and I did a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down plus I used 4 pound weights.0

Could it be the pedometer is not picking up all your steps, maybe because we stand still when doing our workouts. I did once try to use my pedometer and it hardly picked up any of my marched steps. Maybe you could check it out by marching 20 steps on the spot and seeing if it picks up all your steps.
If its not that, I'm sorry, I don't know what to say, maybe someone else has some answers.

These 2 are 1 mile each. You can create a playlist if you have an account and then you can play them all consecutively. (I have also recently discovered that I can put them on my RealPlayer (free download) and not download them commercials! This is a much smoother transition even than as a youtube playlist.)

Just wanted to say that having the 'ticker fackory' ticker was a good idea because already it is motivating to see it. I want to walk more so I can see my girl go!!!! GREAT IDEA!!!0

No problems, it only started today, all you have to do is Walk to a Leslie Sansone DVD or Just walk in the park or on a treadmill as long as you clock you miles, Just set yourself a target amount of miles for the month and let us know. Thats it, Good luck
