I am a type1 diabetic on an insulin pump and CGM. Trying to lose weight again on MFP. need others who understand dieting while on insulin and the roller coaster blood sugars it causes. Determined to lose at least 50 pounds this time.

T1 here too, on insulin pump and now Metformin (for PCOS) so hypos are a massive risk at the moment. Want to lose about 10kg (22lb) and tone up. Using Fitbit and wondering if Sworkit is a good app or not. Also, how good are CGMs?

Hey, I'm a newly diagnosed type 1 who needs help with losing some weight. Worked my butt off the 2 years prior to being diagnosed with weight loss and now I have put back on about 2/3rd of the weight I had lost! Not on a pump (just good old injections) but always her to chat and bounce ideas off
