Artic Zero Ice Cream

Awful. Bought it once-never again.0

You know how when you drink all the syrup out of a snow cone you're left with a pile of shaved ice that has, like, a ghost of its original flavor left? That's what this stuff tastes like. Not even similar to ice cream.0

It depends on how used you are to eating sugar normally. If you regularly have things like ice cream or donuts or whatever, it will taste bland. If you are someone who does not (or cannot) have sugar whenever they feel like it, it's as sweet as anything else designed for people with a less-sweet palate. Same way that vegetables don't taste sweet to people who eat fruit all day, but do taste sweet to people who eat less sugar.0

Vanilla Maple, Cookie Shake & Salted Caramel are really good. All the other flavors are awful. Got to let it melt and get soft before you eat it. Throw some fat-free whip cream and some Walden Farm chocolate syrup on there, so good!0

does it come with a side of tears…?
it is not ice cream ….

Would you make the same argument to someone drinking NA beer?0 -

I am not making an argument, I am asking a question.
If they were drinking something that they hated the taste of "just because" then yes, i probably would ask the same question.0 -
To me, the issue isn't sugar. I taste the sweetness in veggies and raw almonds just fine. That's a straw man argument.
This is about texture and body. Arctic Zero is missing FAT. When I eat ice cream or gelato, I want the body that fat gives it.
I'd rather have a half serving of Talenti for 100 calories than a tub of sadness with no body to it.0 -
the vanilla maple flavour is not so bad once you let it get a bit soft and add cookies or fruit or syrups to it. or use it in smoothies/frappes. and i like the chocolate chip flavour. the other flavours, like chocolate pb is so gross and like shaved flavourless ice... and the cookies & cream flavour and salted caramel flavour gave me bad stomach pains and had to make multiple trips to the bathroom, lol.0

I asked this... apparently good enough works. *shrug* Me I don't eat food that I have to "get used to".0 -

for realz…I just eat what I like within my calorie allotment..makes life easier...0 -
I tried another brand, but basically the same thing. After tasting it, I actually felt ashamed for buying it because I had read how horrible it was on here but the low calorie count just got me. Horrible. I think it's buried in my freezer somewhere still.0

There was a lawsuit regarding the calorie count posted on the cartons. Apparently there are 68% MORE calories in the product that is listed on the carton. You might want to look into it...not sure what the outcome was though...

There have apparently been a couple. Wheels of justice turn slowly, I guess.

I like the cookies and cream.. I microwave it for a bit first (makes it creamier) and add a little chocolate syrup and I really like it...0

By that time you already have eaten the same amount of calories than a serving of good ice cream or gelato.
Quality over quantity for me, thanks.0 -

Talenti Sea Salt Caramel. If it had double the calories it would still be worth it!0 -

Personally, I hate it. It tastes like sweet, slimy, unflavored italian ice. I'd much rather have a 220 cal, 58 gram serving of blackberry crumble ice cream than an entire pint of Arctic Zero. But not everyone's tastes are the same. Buy a pint and see if you hate it. Maybe you won't. Maybe you will. At least you tried.0

If you like some ice cream with ur toppings and sauce its ok0

I had 2 servings of the Toasted Almond and do not regret one delicious bite.0 -

Based on the resounding "it's terrible, don't bother, just eat the real thing", you're really going to give it a go?0
