    I have been in the pool every day, since I finally put on that swimdress. The rewards have been wonderful. I have lost almost a pound in just 2 days. I am doing laps of the pool. Today, I did 12.5 laps of the pool; and tomorrow, my goal is 15 laps. Amazingly, I feel fine...no aches at all...even in my knees.
