    Successes/struggles this week. Okay, so on Monday, June 1st my weight was up from eating out over the weekend. Last Saturday my weight was 206 so in one week it is down -1.8. I'm changing my weigh in days to Saturday this month. Monday is not a good day for me to weigh in.

    Successes/struggles this week: Gaining weight because of shark week! Otherwise a pretty good week. Made it to the gym Wednesday and Friday to lift, and had a pretty good swim lesson! Hopefully I show some losses next week.[/quote]

    Successes/struggles this week: struggling with the exercise programme. I've been really tired so putting off exercise until the end of the week and I've therefore not achieved my exercise goals :-( It's a surprise that I made my 0.5 kg goal TBH.

    Successes/struggles this week: Cut out the sugar this week and it made an enormous difference. And for the first time, my Muscle mass is greater than my body fat %!! Woo Hoo!!

    I've heard of a plateau/woosh thing that happens. I've been on a plateau for MONTHS. Thinking this good week is the woosh? Hope it lasts!

    Successes/struggles this week: This week has actually been extremely successful. I was in a more active department at work which allowed for more calories burned. Struggles were I had sort of a break up, but I got through it without emotional eating, so that's always a plus!

    Successes/struggles this week: It's been a bit of a struggle to come home from work at 6 every night, think of a meal for dinner and then get a good hour + workout in. Especially when lazing on the sofa after a long day sounds so appealing. However, I have found some motivation in the fact that I have a trip coming up in a little over 4 months and I want to look my best so I have been focus on that to help me through those nights of wanting to be lazy.

    Successes/struggles this week: Took a rest day from the gym and even though I stayed under my calorie goal I gained 5 lbs. But it only took 2 days to get the 5 lbs back off and now I seem to have broken through my plateau.
