Struggles: Was away for work with lots of networking involving food. Plus pastries available all day everyday. Then got back home straight into a socially packed weekend - again involving lots of food. Plus, because of being away I didn't get a chance to exercise as much as I'd planned.
Successes: Despite re-gaining the weight I lost in week one, my body fat % has gone down, so I'm going to hold on to that fact and see this week as a positive!0 -

Successes: I have kept over 10,000 steps every day and managed to keep fairly close to my Basic cals without eating back exercise cals. I have lost another 0.5" off both waist and hips. I have been mixing up my cardio, too, and doing several shorter sessions each day to kick start my metabolism more often.
Struggles: 2 Late nights were a struggle as this is when I tend to waver. I reached a bit of a hiatus last week but have reset my goals and that seems to have helped with motivation.
