    Successes: accomplished much over the weekend. Nothing weight loss related but it kept me off the couch!
    Struggles: did not get to the gym once this week. This week should be better for time but I need to commit to working out at home if I can't get to gym. Also, tracking has been a big of a challenge this week. Mon to Thursday seem to be no problem but I fall off on the weekend.

    Successes/struggles this week:

    week 1:Managing to get into a good routine of eating really well at work, giving me a little leeway for when I'm off. First proper training ride (56km) for August sportive (120km). Still too many times I find myself mindlessly munching though!

    Week 2: Gained a little this week, but not too worried about it; will just keep doing what needs doing rather than giving up! Another training ride done. Healthy food packed for next two days at work and another training ride planned for the weekend. Need to make sure I don't use rides as an excuse to pig out, though!

    Oh I'm so excited to find this thread!! I've been heavy for years and like everyone else have tried everything and had some success but it always came right back. I've realized that it has to be a lifestyle change and choice- so with MFP Diary and adding exercise I'm going to do just that!!

    I need friends to add me and encourage me and I will do the same in return-

    Struggles for the week. Not sure if I should log my super physically demanding job where daily I burn about 1000 calories.This has changed my "lightly active " life since I started to log. So I have been logging only 200 calorie burn.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am learning to be satisfied with my current calories. I had a serving of mac n cheese. Back in the day I would have thrown my hands up in the air. Bingeing out and quitting. But instead I got off the couch, cleaned the kitchen and danced to my favorite music for an hour. Burning way more than I ate. If I hadn't lost even a pound this week, I still won a major war within myself!

    struggles this week: I'm frustrated because at the start of this i was higher in water retention and it dropped finally the day after the first weight in to week 2's number, the weight just wants to hold on. it seems for me this is a very very slow process. I am, by nature, an impatient person and by numbers should be around 191. As hard as I try, it seems like it is a .5 lb a week process for me :(

    KEEP THE FAITH! :) one day at a time. it's my humble opinion that the slower the weight comes off, the more likely it will STAY OFF.

    I'm joining the post late, but it's great to see people supporting each other! This past week I struggled with exercising regularly. I only fit in three workouts, but my food was on point! I don't aim to be perfect, but my overall goal whether I reach my weight goal this month is to not yo-yo and to remain as consistent as possible. So far, I've stayed consistent having small frequent meals so I don't pig out on crappy foods.

    Struggles: My weight was crazy fluctuating. On Friday I was at the same weight as my starting weight, so I cranked up the cardio and lost 1.5 on Saturday and Sunday. Accountability is so important. I just had to show myself some results on the weekly weigh-in. :D

    Struggles: This week was pretty great. I worked out six days a week which is awesome for me. Struggles is MFP keeps saying I'm not eating enough I hope it doesn't effect my weight loss. Also, I ate out once, thought it was going to put a damper on this but it didn't!!
