Successes/struggles this week:it appears that I barely lost anything. However, appearances can be deceving. At time of weigh in, I started my period which I know i gain another 3-6 pounds. So I focused and trusted the process and facts-my eating log and Excercise log than trusting the scale.

Struggle: lots of social outings to restaurants this week. I tend to still just get whatever looks good when I'm out to eat and then just make up for it by eating very light cals for the next day or so
Success: finally had one of those "woosh" moments on the scale where I suddenly dropped 3 lbs. I have been at this for about 3 months and have lost only 7-8 lbs, but I'm learning to embrace that0 -

I had a good week stayed on track. I thought i was gonna be over on saturday with my intake but turns out i wasnt and all the walkig helped me loses 1lb. Hopefully i can lose another 1lb before ths 1st july. If whoever makes the july group up can they link the page here?0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I tired to cut down calories to fit with my macros. Also went for a bike ride in 30C (87F) weather yesterday. Drank lots of water with my hydration pack! i cheated a lot this week, But i am going all out now until July 1st to get to 154 lbs!0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I think it is hormonal but since it is my first month tracking food and weight I don't know.
Successes / struggles this month: I won't be weighing in on Wednesday so here my conclusion. I have not reached my goal weight but over all I have lost 1.8 kg (4 lbs). I hoped that I would shed more water weight since I just begun. Did not happen. Yes, I want to lose faster but as long as I lose I can't really complain.
I also learnt that this form of accountability is not for me. Hope you all lost!

Successes/struggles this week: lost a bit overall and that is good. Maybe I can reach my goal but even if not I got very close - happy me! I did regular exercise but I had a bit of a rough weekend when it comes to food drink and sleep (=lack of). lots of fun though but I am very tired and that makes me vulnerable in terms of wise choices today. No gym tonight as I just want to go to bed. Will try to fit some in tomorrow. Before the weekend I was really good when it comes to calorie deficit, burned calories... but did not lose much, even had a gain in between and that left me a bit frustrated. I can feel the first excitement slowing down and that's a dangerous thing. I hope to feel more energized after a good night's sleep and carry on. Really hope there will be a July follow up on this as I weigh myself daily and here the overall tendency is clearer to see.0 -

Week 1: Getting ready to go on vacation. Road food always kills me and lack of exercise. I plan to really try hard to get in some exercise, enjoy myself but eat in moderation. We'll see!
Week 2: Vacation and road food! Guess I'm going the wrong way in this thing. Not too worried about it, been on vacation and knew that it was going to be higher this week. I just have to put it in high gear the next few weeks.
Week 3: Did a good job at losing the vacation wieght, plus a little bit more. Success for this week, found a new exercise, Pickleball... loved it and it gave me a great burn.
Week 4: Should have been a better loss.
Week 5: Monthly visitor... that's all that needs to be said.

WEEK TWO: I'm so happy and proud of myself! I wanted to lose 2.5 lbs and I lost that and some! No struggles to speak of!

WEEK THREE: only a few ounces this week. Disappointed but a loss is a loss and won't deter me. Need to make time this week to exercise regularly. No excuses!

WEEK FOUR: Had a good week this week. My work schedule was a little wonky this week so there were a few times my calorie intake was low and didn't give me a completion. But I promised myself if I wasn't hungry I wouldn't eat just to make an app happy.
And only 2 more lbs. to go before I meet my June goal! Yay!!

2) exercise everyday ( work stress has been minimized so I should be better about this!)

Struggles : Went to an all you can eat brunch buffet, hard not to eat more bacon and sausages. It really was not worth the price I paid, I don't eat that much any more.

WOW WHAT A MONTH!!
I have really enjoyed this challenge!!! Even though my weight increased on today's weigh in- I'm still super proud of what I have accomplished!! I had a bad eat day yesterday- don't know why I let that happen before this last weigh in but I did and that is that!! Still have 2 more days left and I will lose that .5 and be at my goal (again) before the end!!!!
Can't wait til the July challenge starts!!
I need friends to add me and encourage me and I will do the same in return-
