    Successes/struggles this week: Not really successes/struggles this week but I tried this at some point in the spring and had some success until my life sort of fell to pieces for a while and I gained everything I lost back... While studying for vet school finals abroad my parents called and told me we had to euthanize a horse I had owned for 10 years and retrained and basically poured my heart and sole into (poor horse had 13 owners in as many years and there was just as many emotional problems as there were physical). Needless to say stress of finals (I had a 71% average in one of my classes), and trying to come to grips with things at home and not being able to be there for my horse lead to some pretty serious stress eating. Hoping to get back on track and that this will help me remember to track what I'm eating again and go to the gym.

    Successes/struggles this week: Still not feeling very motivated. I know I need to move more, I just have to do it. Various issues aren't really helping- son's high school graduation (my house is full of food!), son's angst about graduation, close friend had a car crash into his yard, short-staffed at work. I'm feeling sorta weepy lately, and though I know exercise would help my mood, I'm finding it hard to get up and get moving.
    Hopefully these things too will pass and I'll find my mojo again.

    Successes/struggles this week: I struggled to drink enough water. I did well with my calories, but mostly because I was very busy and didn't eat all that much rather than simply because I made good food choices.

    Successes: I was able to workout and run more this week! I was also able to fit in some of my clothes that I had packed up from almost 6 years ago!
    Struggles: The weekend! It's so hard when everyone else is eating and drinking whatever they want and I'm eating my "healthy" portion :( I end up over eating :(

    A day late - oops. I suppose a little loss is better than a gain. I didn't do as well as I had hoped. Need to regroup and refocus and track everything to make my goal this month
    Successes: went to the gym and did a fundraising walk with friends. Had my final wedding dress fitting and it looks great!
    Struggles: birthday party with lots of yummy food. Busy schedule is making it difficult to plan meals...

    A day late! Lost 2lbs which is great but feel a bit unmotivated. Tired and wanting comfort food. Had a BBQ at the weekend and didnt eat half as much as I thought I would as I was so full!
    Back to it this week and low carbing.

    Successes/struggles this week: Mug cakes!! I'm done with them, I don't know when to stop lol. Sweets are my weakness! Going to try and stay away from them this week.

    Successes: I worked my way up from doing 6,000 steps to doing 10,000 + every day. I am walking almost every evening for at least 30mins to hit that target.
    Struggles: I had a bit of a wobble on Sunday. It was a foul day and my mood matched the weather. Ate into my exercise calls big time. Couldn't believe my eyes when I got on the scales on Monday and had dropped 1 lb. :grin:
