    Successes/struggles this week: I'm getting over my sugar cravings, and I joined MFP. Struggles have been insomnia and getting hungry in the wee hours of the morning. I have to keep from having an extra meal, something I failed at last night. At least I can track it now if it happens again.

    When I am out late with friends and only drinking water, I get REALLY hungry. I need to learn to carry some portable snacks in my purse.

    Living in a Condo means walking my dog 3 to 4x per day. Summer means helping daughter put babies to sleep by walking them in a stroller while her husband works. Other than these daily walks (10k to 20k steps a day) I'm only doing ab work. On a low fat, low carb high protein diet of 1200 calories a day. Started in March at 198lbs.

    Had some struggle this week feeling i wanted to eat more. But stayed strong and took walks and some small cupps of nuts to eat instead.
