    Success: Managed to lose weight and stay on target, even though lost interest for three days in exercising.
    Struggles: Lost total interest in the workout part of the plan. Same old story, no support group, so got to kick my own behind and get back to it. I knew it wasn't going to be easy that is why it is a struggle :smile:

    Successes/Struggles this week:
    Successes - I lost 2.4kg! I'm pretty happy about that. I was motivated and ate well and exercised when I could. I usually have 2 cans of coke zero per day and I would finish the night with 1-2 glasses of wine. This last week I have had none of either. And I haven't even missed it. I've only been drinking water and tea.
    Struggles - I found it hard to find the time and motivation to exercise after my 12 hour day shifts. I do 2 x 12hr days then 2 x 12hr nights so It's hard to find the time in between sleep etc.

    The weekend was difficult. Had several meals that were not ideal. Still striving for balance in portions.

    Enouraged to be a little closer to goal in spite of some slip ups!

    STRUGGLES: Entire week went great...until the weekend. Several not so great choices and my body was quick to let me know it. I need to manage the weekends better.

    SUCCESS: excited to be close to goal !!! :)

    Successes/struggles this week: The best week of working out! Waking up early, eating breakfast... Things I've never done before!!! I got disappointed with a high number on the scale on Saturday morning, but I love that the weight went down :) And being on my period probably made my weight fluctuate even more. ONLY 2 MORE POUNDS TO GO!!

    Successes/struggles this week: it is hard to not get frustrated and disappointed with my loss over May and this month so far. It feels like I am hitting a plateau :-( I feel like I should have been under 200 last month argh. HOwever, I had a great moment when I have realized that I have gone down 2 pants sizes - 18 down to 13/14

    Really trying to get out of the 200s. It's been hard. I am down from 228 in May. Really want out of the 200s for my bday in July. But setting a more realistic goal of getting down by 5lbs this month. I'm going on vacation and to my sister's wedding. Wishing for self-control and endurance!

    Successes/struggles this week: Not sure why but I was getting an error message last week and Monday when I tried posting. Successes, well schoolwise I rocked my first round of exams with my lowest score being an 85%. Struggles, I keep forgetting to get back on and log things daily. I'm also struggling to remember to get to the gym lately. I get so wrapped up in studying or filling out scholarship essays that the next thing I know it's 9pm and the gym is closed. I try to get there for 5pm as that's when it tends to be the least populated and I don't apparently hear the alarm on my cellphone so I need to come up with another method to alert me to the time.
