Did you know my hometown had a wind storm with gusts over 105 mph today (Wednesday)?

For myself, wouldn't I prefer a good cinnamon coffee cake instead? Doesn't carrot cake remind me of my dearly departed grandfather?

Shall we celebrate tomorrow’s unbirthday with a cinnamon coffee cake since I’ve got my heart set on the carrot cake for today’s celebration? 😅🤣

Isn’t it a good thing you have 364 unbirthdays per year?

Was there much damage? Since it’s super early here, didn’t I have to look up the kph calculation vs doing it in my head?

Don't we have a wind advisory here today? Isn't it only half what @nossmf listed but doesn't it currently sound pretty fierce outside?

While my house suffered only our free-standing basketball hoop getting blown over, weren't other houses not as lucky? Isn't it rather intimidating to watch giant trampolines literally flying down the street, trees getting uprooted, semi-trucks being blown onto their sides, and much of the city losing power for five hours if you're lucky, a full day for some? (Aren't you curious to google videos of these things in Colorado Springs?) Weren't schools closed early, but due to power lines knocked down and sparking plus the danger of buses being blown over, safe transportation of the kids was a hot topic where walkers were held until picked up by parents, and busers had to take turns using smaller buses rather than the usual large ones? And didn't I spend the day inside a building with no windows, and only learn about all this AFTER I got home last night?

Wasn't I inspired this morning, due to talk about cinnamon cake last night, to buy a Hostess cinnamon cake individual serving this morning when I stopped for gas on the way to work? Isn't this the first time I've had one in YEARS, and didn't it taste as good as I remembered?

And for the other metric peeps, did you know 105 mph is 169 kph?

Doesn't it look like you're talking to yourself? 😁 Didn't your mention of the Hostess cinnamon cake remind me of the Hostess sno balls I loved as a kid?

Don't my memories include pink ones, but apparently they come in lavender now?

Don't I recall Hostess Snoballs too? But didn't I prefer the chocolate cupcake?

As an adult, as opposed to finding them as delicious as I remembered, didn't I find them to have artificial chocolate flavor, poor cake texture and a greasy filling? Do you think this was because my adult tastes were more sophisticated, or because they had modified the recipe over the years to make them cheaper? Can you guess how many times, many months apart, I was tempted to try them again thinking they would taste better, before finally deciding that while the treat was still available in theory, the childhood experience is now as inaccessible as the food at the Mad Hatter's tea party?
But perhaps I should try a Down The Rabbit Hole Dessert?

So I'm not the only person who remembers Hostess Cupcakes as being better than they are now? Doesn't the fact two of us share the same opinion imply the answer is more likely a change in recipe or manufacturing rather than a change in an individual taste buds?

Aren't I convinced they altered the recipe? 🤨
Can I say that while also admitting I suspect my childhood tastes were not that sophisticated?

Though I've not tried it, might this recipe provide a cupcake that undoubtedly surpasses the Hostess Cupcake in flavour and satisfaction?

Can anyone please think of a good reason that a guy might respond to a friend request as "follower" instead of "friend" to someone he's interested in dating?:)

Did you mean hostess ones? If so, isn’t the answer I’ve had neither?

Isn't my time online going to be sporadic the next couple weeks, as I have the next ten days off from work? Won't my time at home be filled with baking cookies with my kids, watching movies with my wife, driving the family around town to look at home light displays, and otherwise NOT being online as much?

Don't those sound like really nice family traditions, which should make for great memories? Is it too early to wish you a Merry Christmas?

Have I really walked only 21 miles in 16 days?
Don't I think a walk is overdue, since Sunday was my last one?
Shouldn't I hop to, since the weather is cooperating at the moment?

Didn't I do my hopping, and other gymnastic moves, during water aerobics this morning?
Wouldn't I look funny hopping around the path at the park?
But after Dim Sum for lunch, wasn't I satisfied with a 1.5 mile walk and a brief strength training workout, so I could get in my 10,000 steps for the day?
Did you finish your 7 hours of exercise? 😂

Wasn’t I laughing picturing you hopping down the path at the park? 😂

But would you believe I don’t smile when jumping on trampolines? Wasn’t my most serious injury ever at a trampoline park? 😣 🤦‍♀️

@cmsienk have you left yet? Do you know how excited I am to get pedis and lattes with you today?
