    Isn't my coffee and my Vermont Castings fireplace insert keeping me warm? Isn't it a cozy 72 degrees in here? Haven't I already started the process of replacing the furnace?

    Aren't we for some big ticket items? Don't I know someone who waited 10 months for a sofa and someone else who is still waiting ... nearly a year... for a dining table bench? Wasn't "in stock" one of the requirements for the dryer I bought last month?

    Isn't it great that I got twice as much sleep last night (8 hrs) as I did the night before (4)? Will someone go to a wrong thread and tell me what your favourite winter activity is? Did you guess that I'm looking for ideas for new activities to try?

    Do you know I don't hate accounting? Wasn't I writing checks to sub contractors the other day? Didn't I catch up on logging my mileage a few days ago too? Won't it be easy to do my taxes in January since I'm all caught up with everything?

    Would you believe I drove to my sister's for a Christmas Eve gettogether, and though I remembered to take the two pies and ice cream I was tasked with being, I left the "gifts" (aka debit cards) for all the kids on my kitchen table?

    Aren't I now overfull from having small servings of too many desserts?

    I know she's not an in-law, but did you drive more than a mile?

    Do you now have a good excuse to send all the kids a letter in the mail (complete with debit card) thus introducing them to that nearly extinct pastime from bygone days? Didn't I exchange monthly - sometimes more often - letters with my paternal grandmother from the time I was 12 until she passed away a few years ago?

    Did I write all of the above, forgetting to start with Merry Christmas to all my MFP friends? 🎄
