    What's the big deal with cupcakes anyway, apart from their convenience?
    Wouldn't I prefer a slice of sourdough chocolate cake, baked in a square pan, with no icing? Or a dense chocolate cake made with cake flour w/ egg whites folded in, covered with a chocolate ganache?

    Don't I also do that when kids are seated next to me? (Would you be surprised to find out that I am often seated next to children traveling alone?)

    Would you believe in an air Canada flight I had a piece of the trim from the ceiling above my seat fall on me? Didn't they repair it with more duct tape?
