    Isn't salt used in the curing of meats (and fish, if you're Norwegian)? Isn't that better than preserving food by pickling them? Have you ever had pickled eggs or pickled pigs feet? 😝🤣

    Why settle for something so mundane (i.e. delicious) when you could have pickled pigs feet and/or pickled eggs? Or even, like an old co-worker of mine from Taiwan who would occasionally bring these to work, chicken feet and chicken heads cooked in Chinese Five Spice? 🤔😋😂

    (When she brought some to a Halloween party once, didn't the other guests think they were just a gag)
