Recent returner to mfp. 2 days tracked, exercise and diet. Currently 88kg (194lbs) and dropping down to 83kg (182lb) before slowly dropping to 77kg (170lb)
My diet is not always clean but my diary is open so you can see how I hit the protein targets!
I’m back to mfp after a long break. I’d like to lose weight and tone up so new and active friends would be a great motivation, I’m 27 from the UK. Add me x
