That's all you get to eat for the day? I don't think I would be able to eat 200G of protein in one sitting.
I would seek a second opinion. This doesn't seem right.0 -
Fire your dietician. If that's all they've told you to eat, they're a hack.0
-
I doubt a qualified dietitian would tell anyone to eat that. It's lacking in everything from calories to macros to nutrients0
-
Fruit for dinner? lol. Maybe as a side... but not for the whole meal, surely?
Are you sure it wasn't a nutritionist?
Either way, find someone else, cause that's bunk.0 -
She said that im considered as obese so according to this she gave me this diet0

I'm thinking maybe she means 200g of a lean meat containing protein? 200g of straight protein would be a bit... hard to accomplish...0 -

Find a new dietician and report this one to... Whoever the heck regulates these fools.0

And she was a registered dietician and not a nutritionist? I'm not a registered dietician and could give you a better meal plan that that. Honestly- seek out another opinion. I'm not so sure she knows what she's talking about. If she is a dietician, I would give her licensing board a call and tell them the meal "plan" she gave you.0 -

This plus instant coffee is gross.
what is wrong with brewed from grounds?0 -
How did you find this 'dietician'? were you referred by a doctor? Is it really a registered dietician and not a 'nutritionist' or some other dietary advisor?0

I tried to sum up the calories for this diet, the total is 450 cal per day!!!0

Yeah... no. Not healthy in any way, shape or form.0 -

That's ridiculous.0 -

But eat some more first..... You wouldn't want to waste the few calories you have by burning them through exercise!0 -
Where did this dietitian get his/her degree? Seems to lack everything healthy. Find another one ASAP!0

Valid point! I didn't think that one all the way through.0 -

Even for a nutritionist that seems very shady. I'd also report them to whatever governing body controls their liscensing as they're obviously not qualified if they're telling you to starve yourself.0 -
Was she a dietitian or a nutritionist?
No reputable dietitian would ever recommend this diet.
An unqualified nutritionist would, however.0 -
Yes she is a registered dietitian she is famous here, i payed 100$ for my first appiontment0
-
Call her licensing board and report her. Go get a second opinion.0

You need to report her.0 -
three, good meals.
Try and Eat clean but you can eat whatever.
olive oil. olive oil butter .cheese .Greek yoghurt. avocado .fruit .vegetables .meat. fish. rice. Potatoes. Eggs. Theres so many foods you can eat. And never under1000 cals for to many days.
Meal one. egg omelet Add whatever you like weight and count the cals.
Meal two. Salad.
Meal three. Chicken veg rice.
don't focus on results. enjoy the journey. its a long slow journey that takes time. So give it time. Plenty of vegetables. Water. And daily workouts gym bike walk ect.
Its the small changes like having junk meal once a week. Dont drink coke ect. Its the small changes . . make home made fresh meals. Take daily walks ect. It will come off. Dont think now now now. And make yourself sick... Think later future next year and do it slowly and healthy.0 -

I noticed that the OP's been asked several times if this person was accredited and those questions have gone ignored. I find it hard to believe anyone who would want to keep their job and not be reported would recommend this.
If this person truly is accredited I'd find the appropriate authority to report them to.0 -
I called her yesterday and i told her that im feeling hungry escpially at night, so she changed my dinner she replaced it with a cup of yogurt and one brown toast0

Then you were bamboozled/hoodwinked/whatever.
Report her.0 -

So...
A banana for breakfast.
TWO POUNDS of hamburger for lunch. (that's 8 Big Mac's.)
An apple and a grape for dinner.
Sounds pretty idiotic. You should probably get a second opinion.0
