On my 20k days, I do circuit training, BTW. I'd like to handle more directed exercise for less walking. I'm trying to shift my balance, but I have to build strength.0

Wow, 25k is impressive. Mind if I ask how you get so many steps in? That would literally take me 6+ hours.
Treadmill desk. About 100 steps a minute. So, yeah, about 6 hours.
Awesome!0 -
And I've also TOTALLY burnt out the motor on this treadmill. Waiting for the next to come in as I fight with this one. Would like a nice one, but it doesn't actually physically fit in my office, soooooo....0

I'm trying for 10000 too... I'm getting about 5000 right now.
Right on! Way to stretch yourself.0 -

Question... If I do 10k on a regular basis at work, should I shoot for more? 15-20k?0

Totally depends on how it lines up with your overall goals.0

Can I ask you which monitor you use to track your steps?
I do circut Training also with a trainer for an hour 3 days a week. I run at 6.5 miles per hour between all sets for 2 minutes at a time and I never go over 6,000 steps during that hour. Plus I walk a lot as a nurse and even on my busiest days I don't hit 20k. I might get 17 to 18k. So I'm impressed!0 -
